Everyone knows how much I love cheese. I love asiago, bocconcini, brie, Camembert, cheddar, cream cheese, cottage cheese, cotija, emmenthal, fontina, goat, haloumi, Havarti, labane, manchego, marscapone, morbier, mozzarella, Parmesan, pecorino, ricotta, robiola, Swiss…..and FETA!
