Meatball, Mushroom, and Herb Soup

This is what happened today in New York. Ergo, I needed some soup.
Ingredients….
Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1/2 c of chopped parsley
1 tsp cumin
