Here are some food pics from Cafe Nuvo in South Beach, Miami (located at 412 Espanola Way). They are just too gorgeous to not post!

Miami has awesome seafood, as you can see from these colorful images of fresh fish dishes.

Tuna Mango Salad; layers of sushi grade tuna, mango and baby greens with mango vinaigrette, topped with potato crisp and pomegranate reduction.

Norwegian Salmon; pan seared salmon drizzled with pomegranate balsamic syrup served over asparagus & garlic mashed potato.

Fresh Grouper Sauteed; fresh sauteed with a passion fruit sauce, served on a bed of sauteed spinach asparagus and wild rice.
